Now available: Entry-level cameras with Sony Starvis 2 sensors IMX664, IMX675 and IMX676
Immensely light-sensitive, impressively cost-effective - these camera models set standards
If you have been browsing through our website, you may have already discovered them - however, the IMX664, IMX675 and IMX676 sensors are still far from standard in the industrial camera market. We have recently added the new Sony Starvis 2 sensors in combination with the small uEye+ XCP cameras to our range of cameras.
What makes them so special? The answer is easy: the 4, 5 and 12.5 MP sensors are characterized not only by their excellent image quality, but also by their high NIR sensitivity (Near Infrared). This is beneficial for applications where there is little ambient light, for example.
We place the models in the highly attractive entry-level price segment. The uEye+ XCP USB3 camera with Sony IMX664 color sensor is available from a list price of just 185 euros. In addition to the uEye+ XCP models, which are available immediately, we will soon also also be offering uEye+ XLS board-level camera options.
